Conference Location
ICSM 2008 venue is the Convention Center of the Enotel Porto de Galinhas Beach Resort. Located 57 km (36 miles) south of Recife international airport, Porto de Galinhas is a world famous tourist spot, well-known for the beauty of its beach front natural swimming pools formed on the coral reefs by the clear and warm Atlantic waters. The former fishermens village, of colorful history and located in a rich ecosystem of estuaries and mangroves, covered by coconut trees and spots of the former Atlantic rain forest, is nowadays an active handicraft center and hosts a variety of hotels and beach resorts. The ICSM 2008 will take place at the Convention Center of the Enotel Beach Resort (www.enotel.com.br), a recently opened modern hotel that occupies less than half of a 70.000m² area of coconut trees and tropical forest, where a limited number of apartments have been reserved for the participants, on a first come-first served basis. Several other lodging possibilities at walking distances will be available at different price ranges (please see http://www.luckviagens.com.br for details).
Lunch
Tickets will be provided to all ICSM 2008 delegates and registered accompanying persons for lunch at the main conference venue from Monday 07 to Thursday 10.
